Community Fitness Sessions

 

This is a new concept in the works. The idea is to create a couple of times during the week* when fitness-oriented skiers can meet-up and ski together; focus their training, and share knowlege. There may be some perfomance tips / guided work-outs / wax clinics thrown into the mix as well. Depending on turn-out the group may split off into smaller groups. A goal of this program is to get the middle school / high school athletes up here to develop their fitness and skills.

*scheduled times will likely be Wednesday 3:30pm-dark, and Sunday 9:30am-11:00am.,
